4. Your liability for unauthorized transactions

If you suspect unauthorized activity on your Trevi account, please contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to provide coverage.

We offer protection against unauthorized transactions in your account. Under this protection, we cover you for the full amount of the unauthorized transaction if we were able to complete the error resolution procedures described earlier.

An “Unauthorized Transaction” refers to money being sent from your account without your authorization and without benefiting you. For instance, if someone gains access to your account using your password and initiates a payment without your consent, it constitutes an unauthorized transaction. However, the following scenarios are not considered unauthorized transactions:

There are several ways you can add funds to your Trevi balance. There are three available methods you can top up your Trevi Balance: using any credit or debit card, as well as through ValU.
